Our Human Experience

Today I will love to share a subject that has been resonating a lot in my heart, and is about our human experience.

In a world that seems completely upside down and chaos taking over obliging us to sit with our feelings. I felt my heart bleeding and crying for humanity, how did we get where we are as a collective.

So I shift myself from anger and frustration to profound compassion filling each cell in my body with love for our human nature.

This message that has been ringing in my soul lately came as a gush of energy, and knowingness, that we need to embrace our human experience in order to embody our highest self.

To do this we really need to feel and sense every emotion and sensation in our body.

In the past I remember myself pursuing supernatural and mystical experiences, and I remembered when I had the opportunity to learn directly from a living ascended master, he used to say, “if you have a mystical experience enjoy it, but be careful not to attach to it and fall into the trap of the ego and only look for these type of experiences”.

The thing is that we don’t need proof of our own power, as it seems humanity has complete turned its purpose into proving and feeling power in any form.

As divine beings in human bodies, we came here simply to experience these earthly and bodily sensational, as in higher realms experimenting all those supernatural powers is like having a glass of water on earth.

So why are we so fixated on feeling existential experiences while forgetting the whole point of our humanity?

Every emotion creates a chemical reaction that we feel within our physicality. Moments like when we kiss and hug someone we love so dearly, when we met someone that touches our hearts so deeply in an instant, when we enjoy and laugh, when we feel moved by compassion and gratitude, and even when we feel sadness and anger, all triggers our body to produces chemicals that create these sensations and movement of energy.

These experiences, high or low, that resonate in all our bodies and move our souls, are surely allowing us to get closer to the knowingness that we are here to transmute and bring to life the highest version of our self.

My invitation to you is to embrace your human nature, your human design which is the most powerful an divinely engineered vessel in the universe.
Allow yourself to be present and feel any sensations and emotions your body is experiencing without attaching to it or resisting it, while remembering that they are just human experiences and you are in the world but not of the world.

Ignite compassion as it is the frequency that will allow us to shift this massive collective energy we are experiencing now.

Compassion literally means “to suffer together.” Among researchers, it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another’s suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering.

Research has shown that when we feel compassion, our heart rate slows down, we secrete the “bonding hormone” oxytocin, and regions of the brain linked to empathy, caregiving, and feelings of pleasure light up, which often results in our wanting to approach and care for other people.
