The Survival Force Is Keeping Us Away From Oneness

I would like to share with you today information about the survival force that has transformed into the biggest interrupter for humans to connect to oneness and to keep the balance between their vital and physical bodies.

This force today is called STRESS.
Under these currents of incoherent energy of uncertainty, anger, frustration we are navigating through as a collective consciousness, can seem overwhelming but it is ever more important to control and manage our levels of stress and find balance again. One of the important goals in the profound work we are doing through our conscious ceremonies.

In traditional ancient wisdom, Stress was seen as the imbalance in our vital bodies, and our ancestors could detect when the incoherence of energy was taking place before it manifested in the systems of the body as illness.

Stress in modern society was described in physics, as the force that produces strain on a physical body (i.e.: Bending a piece of metal until it snaps occurs because of the force, or stress, exerted on it)

Hans Selye, a pioneering endocrinologist, conducted important scientific work on the hypothetical non-specific response of an organism to stressors.

He began using the term stress as he noticed that no matter what his patients suffered from, they all had one thing in common. They all looked sick. In his view, they all were under physical stress.

Research has proven that although the type of stressors resulting in the release of stress hormones are different for everyone though there are common elements to situations that elevate stress hormones in everyone.

These elements are encompassed in a recipe called N.U.T.S.

Novelty – Unpredictability – Threat to the ego – Sense of Control

If we see these modern perspectives beyond the normal human perception, we will be able to have a glimpse of the full healing we are going through in our solar plexus as the earth is shifting by alleviating her solar plexus that has been blocked for thousands of years.

Stress has a reason to be, not only for its survival response, but also could have a beneficial effect on health such as encouraging motivation, performance, and emotional well-being, this positive form of stress is called Eustress.

The problem is when stress at some point in our history became a lifestyle, and the body has had to deal with a constant state of emergency that has transformed this stress into Acute chronic disorders.

This is bringing profound imbalances to the energy field affecting most of the systems in the body.

Ancient civilizations understood that a body in a prolonged state of stress would manifest disease, and they perceived disease as an imbalance of our physical, mental and spiritual bodies. This imbalance results in the loss of adaptability to cope with biological, emotional, and spiritual stressors.

Without the technology we have today, they had a very deep understanding of the functioning of the body in a are holistic way such that they could read the energy fields and recognize any incoherence before it manifested into the body and prevent disease.

The traditional ways to read these imbalances in the energy fields were:

Mal Aire (Bad Air) – Toxic environments, atmospheres, and spaces.

Bilis (Bile/Rage) – The excess secretion of bile caused by anger, rage, and frustration. The inability to surrender.

Empacho (indigestion) – The blockage produces in the GUT by strong and dense emotions.

Mal de Ojo (Evil Eye) – Others pulling energy from another consciously or unconsciously, by resentment or envy.

Susto ¨Fright” – Soul retrieval in cased where the soul leaves the body momentarily in moments of shock or trauma as a way of coping with a challenging situation.

All these are why it is so important to be intentional with the connection to our heart, to work as a collective rather than as an individual, to assist us with the plant medicines which is a profound integration of earth’s medicine.
